Returns + Exchanges
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on empowerherclothing.com for return or exchange. If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Locate your order number online that you would like to return and then fill out the return form below. Print a shipping label with our warehouse return address and pack up your items.
Hand the return to your postal carrier, schedule a pickup at www.usps.com, or take to any authorized USPS facility. Once your return has been received and processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
Even exchanges are available for our customers, simply fill out the form below and select exchange. Follow the same directions for returns and return your item to our warehouse. Once your exchange has been received and processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email.
Please Note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the details.
